A mate has 3 unrestored lnters for sale, AL160 under body hoist, runs , but smokey, 2 x AA150, one has under body hoist and runs,, there is a good cabin off a AA150 no bonnet, a good 327 Chev motor with 2 speed auto out of a Chev Impala, PM me if you are interested and l will give you his phone number.

I didn't quite realise what they were, and I do like them.
For my own future education, what general year, model/ series descriptors are they?

(All those A's and L's D's with two and three digit numbers have me bamboozled.)

The square face ones (#3) are, to me, a bit. . . well. . .

No accounting for taste eh?

Correction to the for sale list above, the 327 chev motor turned into a 307 at a closer inspection. :'(

Bobsboy, We have hijacked this post with this but here are the three models before the AL ,
The one at the back is a C Model, 1936 to37 and earlier.
At the front left is a D Model which were 1937 to 39
Behind at front is the K Model which include KS and KB 1940s to the AL started.
All the above had various sizes
