Bretto, to save folk getting their hopes up, not that there are many ready to run vintage trailers out there, you might give us an idea of what it is you want. or whether it doesn't matter.
bogie or single axle; strap or not; wood or steel floor; ready to roll or work to be done ok, etc

There are quite a few farm clearing sales (advertised in the Land) happening and I noticed trailers in more than a few, mostly central west and down to the Vic border so if you are prepared tom do the leg work you could get a good buy.

Depending on where you are, Ritchies Bros Auctions have always got older bogie and triple and the odd single axle flat tops and other dated trailers listed, which go for peanuts as there is no reserve, but thats only helpful if one of their yards is close-ish to you
