Dodge DN5 700 engines

Hello Everyone,
I am interested in a DN5 700 series Dodge thats been offered to me and have been told it had a Cummins v504 engine from factory, how good are these and what are parts like to get.
Can anyone tell me what diesels these had in them from new.
Ive seen a Dodge with a GM fitted, was this a factory option along with the V8 Cummins.
Any help will be much appreciated.

I'm not sure on the specs but I do that a v8 cummins is the choice for those that are in the know

Lewy, I've seen them with V504 (V8 210) as well as 6V53's, that was about it as far as diesels went I think. Both were from the factory, pretty sure I've got pictures of one with a V8 210 in it as well as 6V53.
Biggest dillema with the Cummins is electrolisys, make sure it's got inhibitor in it or leave it where it is.

The AT4's had the V8 185, 160 Cummins, and 6V53's.

Actually fits in there easier than a 6V53.

I know I'm changing the subject a bit, but did any of the 10 series (LAD cab) Dodges ever have C160 Cummins motors?

All 361 V8 petrols as far as I know.
Similar drive line to the Power Giant.

If you don't want it I'll buy the step tanks and the bullbar.

By the look of the braces on the bottom of the bullbar you could make money demolishing buildings.

The one in the picture I just put up for the sake of showing what the motor looked like fitted in a Dodge.
You're about 5 years too late to buy that particular truck.
