Chamberlain Industrial was created by dieseldog
Hey guys. I have recently acquired a Chamberlain MK4 Industrial Tractor that I intend on restoring. It has a John Deere engine, and torque converter transmission. It has spent its life as a push tractor, pushing rail wagons at the harbour, so the panels are virtually non existent, but mechanically it is in good condition. My question is, how many of these tractors were made, and what year? My serial number MK4/1296 does not line up with the Champion 239 serial numbers, and I was wondering if the industrials were made with the ag models, or as a separate line? Many thanks in advance.

G'day dieseldog, good to see another tractor nut around the mackay region.
I have a bit of chamberlain info but can't seem to find any on how many of the MK4's were built.
I do know of one here that might be getting wrecked in future but I would have to locate the mans number, I also have a workshop manuel for a MK4 if you need any info.
Send me a pm and I can contact you with old mates info
