4070 transtar, mates new toy

Evening Everybody, there's a DCO in behind a factory on the left side of the Tullamarine freeway before you turn off to the freeway. Maybe in the back of Freestones yard,but not sure on that. Been there for years with a couple of other old jiggers. With the 4070 Transtar have a look at Rick's website @www.4070transtars.com he has had it for quite a while but is now rebuilding it. Yeah, have seen that one.I think it is opposite the Caterpillar Factory on the Ring Road.
Think that guy (Phil????) also has a fair few other trucks,mainly Peterbilt.

I built this one a few years back as a 4070B mock up, low door handles,square headlight surrounds etc, this was the C.I.G Transtar, still gettin around

haven't seen many slimline single drive ones stomp..
reckon i seen a dco near woomargama there somewhere a while back, another one out at thomastown, off dalton road i think it was, while ago too
theres a 400 on ihub at the moment also a slimline 4070.

you know me always happy, ;Dmmm while we are on this subject are we gunna empty a few bottles at swishys pi$$up, probably wont go to swap meet ,mmm got no spare cash got a new big project happening ,all excited and its gonna break me :'( ,+ to hot last year after paying $400.00 for a morris comercial radiator and grille and carrying the great heavy thing 3 blocks to the car and stopping resting and talking to anyone and every one that i walked past,left bendigo at 5pm home at 11pm had a quick look at fittings and brackets on old truck :)very happy with ones self for my purchase went to bed all got up ion the morning got radiator out of boot put on front of old truck :oactually :-/mm needs to be 6 inches higher and 4 inches wider > :'( :'(

Another quality lorry from the farming fraternity. Looks alright Melon..whats the cab like ?
I saw a picture just recently of a DCO in QLD. Large Cam might know of it.

actually there is no repairs to the cab rails ,and cannot see any signs of it splitting from the grill to the screens :
