KENWORTH Q:
A) LW 9xx one of the first LW's in NZ
LW 9xx a later cabbed version
C) T800 an American model not built in Aus
D) W900B another American built one we never got the B series W models in Aus
E) T450
F) T950
Thanks for the info mate, although I have a couple of questions.
I also thought that pic D was a W900B,but what's with the headlights,I thought that a W900B had round lights?
Ok so maybe they were changed,or can you spec a KW with round or square lights?
I have also seen a couple of T600's with round headlights and they're usually fitted with two square ones.
As for pic F, I also thought it was a T950,but what;s with the step down door window. Could this be a late model T950?
Or like the lights can you spec this kind of door/window?
I've seen a few T950's like this,could it be a T950A?
Is there such a KW model?
Cheers Jamie

The early American B models had square twin headlights that were recessed into the front of the guard, and the later B models had square twins that sat proud of the guard like the W900L american models
I have also seen a couple of T600's with round headlights and they're usually fitted with two square ones.
Never seen that ......ever

Werk, mate thanks again for the reply and answers.
Please don't think that I'm trying to second guess you mate or be a smart arse,I'm just keen to know which trucks are what.
Here's a few more pics, this first one lets call it pic G is what I reckon is a T601. Like a T600,but it has round lights and a stepped door window.

Now what are these two, there's a Kiwi and an Aussie one just to show they are not a Kiwi 'Special'
Lets call these pics H and I
Are they T600's with round lights or T601's without the stepped door window?

Had a look in my stuff and found that the T950s had the flat top door originally but had the Daylight(drop front) ones as an option so I guess as they became more popular KW just made them the standard.
Have a look through here it may help with a lot of your Q's about KWs
