For Sale: $400 - Between Lockington and Echuca
Ford Falcon XK,XL,XM-XP Sedan/Wagon/Coupe 4 stud diff package.
The 4 stud diff ratio is 3.2. There are also 2 4 stud 13 inch rims to suit, 3 brake drums and 4 spare sets of brake shoes/cylinders/backing plates. $400 the lot. The box contains the shoes etc from the diff.
The diff was used in my ute for 6 months in 2008 while I had the 5 stud ute diff rebuilt and it performed well then. It has been stored in sheds ever since. Just cleaning out bits I am not going to use. Located between Echuca and Lockington Victoria. It is also advertised on some Facebook groups for early falcons

Maybe my search skills are lacking .. but I've not found much here on this ute, which gives me cause for some sadness.

Is it possible for you to rectify this situation?
Thankyou.

Did find the bit about your search for a diff. Too late, which is a pity, as at the time I had a complete XP ute diff with 3.23 gears, and another housing with 3.89 gears, new bearings etc through both of them. Sold'em at a swap meet for $ -- I won't say it ...

Be it firearms or V8 engines, the question is not "why should you have them?"
, but "who are you to demand that I justify them?"

The ute is fine and running perfectly. The job situation is not so I am selling off bits and pieces I have picked up over the years that I am not likely to ever use.

I just changed the heading to avoid confusion. I am hoping someone here knows someone that needs one

Sorry but I haven't had time to get to the forum for a few days (was at a local music festival and only home to shower and sleep, then had to chase a few things up yesterday.

I purchased the XP Ute as a daily driver in April 1999. It came with 12 months reg and a roadworthy so other than maintenance (including gearbox and diff rebuilds) and ensuring any rust was cut out and replaced with steel as it appeared I haven't done much to it other than drive it. It was my daily driver, then served as our 2nd vehicle when my jobs moved into the CBD as I could walk to the station and catch a train to work. It only went on club plates in 2013 when we moved to a property outside Echuca and got a 2nd modern car.

Here are some pictures:
