What's your worst/funniest/oddball FU or disaster?

Wouldn't ya hate it when, really really late on a fridy night, you were asked to Signwrite a unit to go to Queensland....
So down to the repair shop we go....
$hit laying everywhere, tools, blokes, parts...
Trying to line and scroll the cab, while doing the 2 doors, dodging in and around each other for half the night....
All the plan is coming together...ring the new owner, (who is resting at a nearby motel, ready to rush his new steed home...)
Tell him it'll be right in an hour............
Ahhhhhhh finished my bit....sittin back admiring my part of the deal...
Order yelled out to check every last thing.....he'll be here in a minute....
That noise you just heard would be the resounding crack of a 'G' size oxy bottle going through the windscreen and associated parts as the young bloke tilted the cab!!!! :-[ :-[ :'( :'( :'( :'(

An old mate`s daughter getting married asks me to get 2dozen Champagne as i go through Gt Western I am in the F86 minimal room in the cab so the wine has to travel on the passenger seat across the Dirt(early 1970`s). Thats Ok till i have to tilt cab for some reason just out of Norseman,up goes the cab down comes the wine --smashes the screen. Bottles broken Every where Sticky champagne all through the cab as they explode an even the couple that did not break are rooted because the white tissue paper is all stained and I cant charge oldmate because there is no champagne .
Cost me a windscreen and a very sticky drive home to Perth

Now why did you jokers have to get onto the subject about them "nugget" thingies.

One bloke I use to work with at brumbles, had a B model and was heading south down the Crystal Highway, aka Newell, before it was sealed.

He was south of Coonabarabran heading thru the Piliga, he had an early start before sun-up and after a couple of hours, nature calls.
It was a bloody cold frosty morning, so he was wearing his cover-alls, just for a bit of extra warmth. Pulls up on a ridge top and grabs the bog-roll and off into the scrub. Does the deed and proceeds to pull up his duds and swings the cover-alls up into place.

Then he feels this hot and cold sensation, rolling down his back under his singlet. Yep, he'd done the deed on the top of his cover-alls. :'( :'( :'(

We all laughed ourselves silly listening to his tale of woe when he got back home.

Ive lost count the amount of times I have seen someone do this when underground, its still hilarious everytime but

man theres nothing worse than a nugget rolling down your back . . . :-X i am blessed that it hasnt happened to me yet so i can laugh about it

He walked away ok which is the main thing....just some minor cuts

A few years ago now, maybe ten when i think about it, i was in Melb looking for a second hand tanks to cart water for crop spraying and stock. it was out near hoppers crossing where i saw a tanker that was all sucked in. Some joker had pressure cleaned it was hot water and then clamped the lid shut. With the lid shut and sealed the hot air cooled, then shrunk sucking the sides of the tanker in, i wish i could have taken some pics.
